The 'changing clocks' debate

Posted by larsoa on November 9th 2006

Well answered! But the benefits to the UK as a whole (even excluding casualties) surely outweigh the objections of the few. For example, the reductions in energy and fuel costs, reduction of the UK's energy consumtion helping to reduce carbon emissions, increased opportunities for outdoor activity promoting fitness and health and the community safety benefits (especially for vulnerable groups afraid to go out after dark).
