As the vast majority of drivers receive driver training only once in their lives, do you think it is important to encourage drivers to take further training during their driving careers, and if so, how will the government raise awareness about the benefits of refresher driving training?

You are right. We should all of us be learning constantly throughout our driving life and I encourage the use of advanced driving products. ROSPA and IAM and similar groups have a big role to play here.
