This online question and answer (webchat) with the Minister is being run within the ‘Digital Dialogues’ pilot. The pilot will explore the potential of information and communication technology to support central government democratic engagement. Support and evaluation is being provided by the Hansard Society, an independent, non-partisan charity.

To help the Hansard Society evaluate the success of this participative exercise and conduct research into people’s experiences of online participation and engagement, we would very much appreciate you taking the time to complete our evaluation survey
